FULTON COUNTY, Ga. – A new development has emerged in the ongoing legal saga involving Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her office. Proposed Testimony by Cindi Lee Yeager

The motion filed by Shafer proposes that attorney Cindi Lee Yeager, a co-chief deputy district attorney for Cobb County, would present testimony regarding her interactions with Terrence Bradley. Yeager reportedly had “numerous” conversations with Bradley from around August 2023 through January 2024, during which they discussed Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Allegations of a Romantic Relationship

Bradley allegedly informed Yeager that Willis and Wade initiated a romantic relationship after meeting at the 2019 Municipal Court Continuing Legal Education Conference. This relationship reportedly continued from 2019 through 2020, overlapping with Willis’s campaign for District Attorney. Yeager claims Bradley told her he had “personal knowledge” of their relationship, including details about their meetings before November 2021.

Overheard Phone Call

Yeager further contends that she overheard a phone call from Willis to Bradley in September 2023. Allegedly, Willis told Bradley, “They are coming after us. You don’t need to talk to them about anything about us.” The call was reportedly related to an article about how much Wade and his partners had been paid.

Request for Additional Evidence

The motion requests that if the Court reopens the hearing to receive additional evidence, Shafer requests that the defense be allowed to subpoena Yeager and present her testimony.

The developments in this case highlight the complexity and controversy surrounding the relationship between Willis, Wade, and Bradley, and the potential impact on legal proceedings in Fulton County.
